This is a manifesto for the next generation of eaters and concerned parents. So much was lost with our ancestors’ way of providing and eating. This book brings that back with modern science to back it up. Great choice!
SS this book is great but I think the Paleo Diet takes it to a whole new level. Preparing grains so they are “Safe” to eat is so time consuming that it would be all you do, should you choose to do it. I prefer to eat lower carb meals with lots of healthy saturated fat and protein from animals with an abundance of veggies. However, there are a lot of great recipes in that book!
